Happy New Years!

Wishing all of our friends a HAPPY and HEALTHY 2016! We are thankful to have you as part of our growing community of book-loving, cookie-eating, enrichment-seeking families.

We hope you had the most wonderful holiday season filled with LOVE and LAUGHTER (and maybe a few BOOKS and COOKIES)! We can’t believe it’s 2016! HAPPY NEW YEAR! How quickly time passes when you are having fun… and boy are we!

We are happy to announce a few new and exciting additions to our birthday party packages and activities schedule. We’ve added 2 new party themes! Now, you can chose from 8 fun party themes including Under The Sea and Mini-Monster Bash!

Starting on Tuesday January 14th at 11:30am, we are adding a new activity, Discovery Science Play. This new hands-on science activity for toddlers calls on all mini-scientists for experiments with measuring, building, making observations in a safe, sometimes messy and always fun environment.

We are also moving our Monday afternoon, Moo Moo Musica Music Play Date to 3:45pm (previously 3:30pm). Come dance freely, play musical instruments, sing in foreign languages and have a good old-fashioned romp with Moo Moo Musica in our Outdoor Classroom! After the 35 minute music activity’s done, you can stay and dance and play!

Lastly, to continue to build and grow in this New Year, we are raising class prices ever so slightly. Starting Monday January 4th, Enrichment activities will be $12, specialty activities will be $20 and Open play in Learn and Play area will be $8. All previously purchased class packages will remain valid until their expiration dates and as an added bonus, we are offering new packages at old pricing till January 15th (Enrichment $80, Specialty $144 and Play Space $56) Stock up now!

SATURDAY MORNING CONCERT SERIES:

Books and Cookies has super fun, interactive music concerts every Saturday at 10am (rain or shine) hosted by local musicians and music teachers. This month, we have Jam with Jaime, Baila Baila, Mista Cookie Jar and sing-along Ellery.

ECO-CRAFTS AT MAIN STREET FARMER’S MARKET:

Come make eco-Arts and Crafts ($3 / All Ages) with us at the Main Street Santa Monica Farmers Market this Sunday (and every 1st and 3rd Sunday of every month) from 9-1pm! See you this month on January 3rd and 17th.
