A new home for Books and Cookies!
I am extremely excited to announce that Books and Cookies has found a new place to call home!
The New Books and Cookies
2309 Main Street, Santa Monica, CA 90405 (cross street Strand)
Right next door to Rita’s and almost across the street from our old location.
Last Friday, I signed the lease and today keys are in hand for our new home. There is some work to be done to build out the space, but fingers crossed we should be up and running for activities and events by the end of August and stay tuned for our BIG, re-grand opening by early Fall!
The new space may be smaller than the last, but it will feature a fully stocked children’s bookstore with specialty gift items, interactive reading and community area, cookies and snacks, a safe and comfortable classroom for our full schedule of enrichment activities including new baby, toddler and big kid offerings and a very cool indoor / outdoor play area for free play and events.
We hope you are as excited as we are about this next step for Books and Cookies and we hope to see you at this summer’s special events and pop-ups as we gear up for our re-grand opening!
